MY MORNING HERO: CARDAMON COFFEE
In my opinion, cardamon is a spice not used enough. Traditionally used in a lot of Indian and Asian dishes, we recently started incorporating it into our morning coffee routine.
There are so many benefits to this spice, I am convinced that every household make this a staple in their home. Especially if it is as simple as a little dash in your coffee in the morning.
Some benefits include, helping with digestive problems, like nausea and constipation. It's also known to flush out unwanted toxins, as well as purifying the kidneys.
